I think the movie was remade/dubbed into Tamil...She is a Catholic girl from Trichur whose real name is Girlie (just as Nayantara's name is Diana Kurian)! She is now headed to Ireland as she her groom is a doctor there. That is the routine for most actresses, especially in Mollywood. hi, most of them r like that .. few are opposite..
few can't afford them.. also see now they use costume jewelery at weddings.

hi, now the trend in kerala is to wear minimum jewellery especially among the well-off (they dont need to prove anything). So brides nowadays wear just one diamond necklace and matching ear rings and bangles. that is a good change.
Costume Jewellery is even better. Takes of the pressure of the poor who cannot afford anything.
