Mrs. Radha Bhatt passed away yesterday at her Chennai residence. She had been ailing for the past two months. Had various complications including diabetes, fibroid, I hear.
Such an energetic and pleasant lady, she was. I cant forget the rasam and rice she fed me some afternoons when we were visiting sir. They had seemed such a happy and content family.

Anbu sent us an email over the weekend. It is really sad that both of them passed away and none of the kids are settled yet.
I thought that their kids are already married and settled down... is it not Maha?
I don't think any of them are Miller. I know they all have good education and also found jobs. But as far as I know they haven't settled. I could be wrong.
I think Hari is married and had a kid. Bhoopir and Prya are working, one of them with TCS. Neither are married I think.
They'll all have wonderful lives because their parents were such great people.
May Radha Bhat's soul rest in peace. They were such a wonderful couple - always warm and friendly to students.
The humanists of the Eng Dept are vanishing. Sad but true!
